Delete your Experio Social account
You can start deletion inside the app or request it here even if the app is no longer installed.
Delete inside the app
- Open Experio Social and sign in.
- Go to Profile > Settings > Safety & Privacy.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the consequences, confirm your identity and submit the request.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address associated with your Experio account. Include your account email and username. Do not send a password, identity-document copy or other unnecessary sensitive data unless we specifically request a proportionate verification step.

If the button does not open your email application, write to moayad_al_anzi@tu.edu.iq with the subject "Experio Account Deletion Request."
What will be deleted
After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the account and associated personal data, including:
- account identifiers and profile information;
- posts, captions, uploaded photos and other media;
- comments, reactions, saved items and follower relationships;
- notifications and messages attributable to the account;
- active sessions and device associations.
Deleting the account is permanent and is not the same as deactivation. Content another user independently copied or reshared may remain as that user's content.
Verification, timing and limited retention
We verify that the requester controls the account, acknowledge the request and normally complete active-system deletion within 30 days. Complex or legally restricted cases may take longer; we will explain any lawful delay.
Encrypted backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before automatic overwrite. We may retain a minimal record where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, child safety, legal claims, regulatory duties or enforcement of serious platform abuse. Retained information is isolated, access-restricted and used only for that purpose.
