Effective 28 July 2026 - Version 1.0
Community Guidelines
Experio Social connects people around travel, health and business-pioneer experiences. These rules apply to every account, post, comment, message and uploaded file.
1. Be authentic and respectful
- Do not impersonate a person or organisation or misrepresent your identity for deception.
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, shame or coordinate abuse against others.
- Do not target people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Respect privacy. Do not expose private contact, location, identity, medical or financial information without lawful permission.
2. Protect people from harm
- No credible threats, incitement, celebration or instruction relating to violence or terrorism.
- No promotion or facilitation of suicide, self-harm, dangerous challenges or eating-disorder behaviour. Supportive recovery discussion is allowed.
- No sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence or trafficking.
- Any sexual content involving a minor, grooming or exploitation is prohibited and may be reported to the competent authorities.
3. Keep content lawful and appropriate
- No illegal goods, regulated-drug sales, weapons trafficking, fraud, scams, money laundering or instructions designed to commit crime.
- No graphic gore, pornography or sexual solicitation. Contextual public-interest material may be limited, labelled or removed.
- No copyright or trademark infringement. Upload only content you own or have permission to use.
- No spam, fake engagement, malicious links, malware, automated account abuse or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
4. Travel, health and business integrity
- Travel: do not promote unsafe, illegal or exploitative activities or misrepresent prices, locations or availability.
- Health: do not present unverified claims as guaranteed medical outcomes. Experio content does not replace professional diagnosis or emergency care.
- Business pioneers: disclose material commercial relationships and do not post deceptive investment, employment or earnings claims.
5. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
Use the in-app Report and Block controls when content or behaviour may violate these rules. Do not make knowingly false or coordinated reports. Reports are reviewed using context, severity, intent, repetition and risk.
Enforcement may include reduced visibility, content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, temporary suspension or permanent account deletion. Severe or credible threats may be escalated to emergency, child-protection or law-enforcement authorities when legally required or necessary to protect life and safety.
6. Appeals and cooperation
Where an appeal route is available, explain why you believe a decision was incorrect and provide relevant context. We may preserve necessary evidence while an appeal or legal process is pending. Attempts to evade enforcement through new accounts may result in additional action.
7. Updates
We may update these guidelines to respond to new risks, laws or features. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. The effective date and version appear at the top of this page.
